The speed of spaceships tells us how many Sectors the ship can travel every turn:

• 0 sectors/turn (stationary, mostly outposts and Alien spaceship
• 1 sector/turn (slow)
• 2 sectors/turn (medium)
• 3 sectors/turn (fast)
• 4 sectors/turn (very fast)

However, there can be several anomalies that influence speed (for example Magnetar - speed drops to zero).
