Hi Guys,

I've been floating around the periphery of this site for ages, and I've posted a couple of times. must say I'm really looking foprward to these games, so much so that I'm offering to help. I have no programming or technical skills AT ALL lol, but I do have a degree in creative writing, and have experience with copy editing so I can review any ingame text for style fluentcy etc, or help with writing content? Let me know if you need me!

Cheers

Ant

Beyond that you might keep in touch with the devs. I understand there are or will be data entry jobs. This could free them up to write more code.

--- and Welcome to the collective :D

hey there!

creative writing eh? that's actually very useful in our context here. Maybe you want to download BotE and check all the in-game texts available in the c:\botf2\data\... subfolders and after rework send em back to sir pustekuchen's email addy to be found somewhere in the downloads section at the descriptions?

that would be great since it's mostly me and MoE who made the english translations and a third eye certainly helps here a lot!

also for a creative task there will be a job for making up resp. translating our soon-to-come german random events (guess who wrote the text there..? yes! ;)), so stay tuned ;)

right. this is most probably the best way to contribute on a creative level..

here is a wiki about the things to be able to change in bote if the txt file search inside your c:\botf2\ folder comes too unhandy ;).

Yep, the technologies sounds like a good start.
