The way I see it there are two ways to deal with models that don't fit:
1) edit the texture (or mesh) -by making windonw bigger/smaller or changing the hue, you can get it to appear the right size
2) change the role/position of the mesh in question
Both can be used. It all depends on what you really want, or how bad you want ship X to be in position Y.

Hm..I do agree with you that Knron might be best used as Destroyer IV.
Gah..the Klingon and Romulan shiplist still need a lot of work. There are many great ships for them and I'm still thinking some positions over.
