Do we need more help in the artistic department? Could we use any of his skills in the project? In other words, do you think I should approach this guy and try to recruit him?

He has a very impressive portfolio of images and an even more impressive CV, so I don't know if he would like to work pro bono for us or if he even has the time, but it never hurts to ask
