Small question: In the Shared Documents folder, why keep the sounds of Ferengi RULES OF ACQUISITION and what's his use?

It is for BOTE. It will not be used in BOTF2.

Whilst Supremacy is our main focus, Sharepoint is there for any of our projects to use as they need. Anything uploaded to Sharepoint may be used by any of the projects, although we generally ask that if BOTE or any of the other projects use any of the content, they tell us, because that way we can keep track of where stuff is going.
