I don't recall any minor having a Construction Ship design.
We'll probably have to convert some Transports to Construction Ships. And scrap the Freighters? If they're not going to be used for anything (invading systems), they're just a potential waste of construction time and upkeep for the AI.

It would be nice to bring our list of ships, there models and names up to date.

Where can I find a current list of what we will need? Is this in the game files from the last release or no where
to be found?

The ship images folder in the last internal build should be pretty much up to date (probably missing a couple of T'Lani ships). I'd use that as a reference.

None of the minors have construction ships. So far, the only races that have Outposts are the Ferengi. But again, they don't have construction ships, so they'll need one.

The Tanugans technically will have an outpost, so they'll need one too. I think the Kazon might need one as well. Some of the more powerful minors like the Vulcans, Mokra, and Breen could be given one too.
