For one, I don't think the Vulcan's have an 'empire'.

I am amused though you will find I am no typical Swindon boy. While I have dwelt in Swindon for the past 16 years, I have developed no accent nor have I reverted to the status of a 'primitive'.

Deffinatly not now they're part of the Federation but before 2161 maybe. The Klingons and Romulans had pretty strong Empires even then though, i reckon

Acamarians

The Acamarians are a space faring race with an extremely violent past by comparison to most interstellar species; this is because politically, Acamar utilises an archaic clan structure. Efforts to move beyond the brutal feuding of the past have resulted in the formation of a central government headed by a Sovereign. Physically, they are humanoid in appearance possessing vertical cranial ridges as well as a rather unique iron-copper blood composite. Their ships are capable technologically of sufficiently defending their homeworld.

Akaali

The Akaali are a pre-industrial society a few centuries from warp-capable spaceflight and therefore are wary of alien contact. While still a primarily agrarian society, this is not to say that their methods in farming and medicine are not without merit for a species of their level of sophistication.

Algolians

A friendly and peaceful race that tends not to make use of spacefaring propulsion; they possess an average level of technology in relation to most galactic species. Instead they are well known in the arts particularly for their ceremonial music.
A humanoid race, they have a leathery golden skin with small circular openings situated on their heads particularly near the nostrils and near their forehead ridges.

Andorians

Andorians are a passionately aggressive and territorial race with a war-plenty past. Physically, they are a humanoid species with distinctive blue skin, sensory antennae and higher metabolism. Due to the frozen nature of their homeworld, they are not tolerant of hot temperatures. Socially, they are militaristic and family-orientated placing a high priority on honour as shown by the extensive use of the Ushaan; a code of honour demanding a duel to the death. Their military, embodied in the Andorian Imperial Guard is strong utilising heavily armed ships to defend their space.

Angosians

The Angosians are a peaceful race that have in modern times chosen to focus on intellectual pursuits. In the past however, their planet was consumed in the tempest of the bitter Tarsian wars involving the use of genetically and chemically engineered troops. After a failure to integrate them socially, these soldiers were confined as outcast criminals to the Angosian moon of Lunar V. Their technology is below average despite warp-capability with their ships being generally used for transport and exploration rather than aggressive expansion and warfare.
