I am rebuilding my PC running now running Windows Vista. Supremacy turns were very slow on XP system. When the Supremacy download is available again we can see what difference Vista to XP makes on the same PC.

BOTE is the game that is currently downloadless. I don't know of any turn processing issues in BOTE though. You might also want to wait for XP service pack three as well - from what i've heard, it gives as much as a 10% performance increase!
