And other like that, including the final Starship pictures in win/lose game endings for all races, do we need to make some like that, you know they were shown when war was declared or when an empire was destroyed.

The game currently has no win conditions. So there *currently* isn't any need for such images. But yes, we will eventually need them. We did discuss a very, very long time ago what the win conditions may be, but we'll need to do so again if the images for those conditions are going to be made again.

So off the top of my head, here's what we *may* need images for:

Your Empire Wins (5x Empire-specific)
Your Empire Is Defeated/Game Over (5x Empire-specific)
Enemy Empire Defeated (5x Empire-specific)
Borg Galactic Assimilation /Borg Game Over
Borg Empire Assimilation (5x Empire-specific)
Diplomatic Victory (5x Empire-specific)
Domination/Military Victory (5x Empire-specific)
Scientific Victory (5x Empire-specific)
Economic Victory (5x Empire-specific)
Timed Victory (5x Empire-specific)

I'm sure people will be able to think of others. The first two are the most important as the images could simply be used for the purposes of the others victories that i've mentioned.
