I am surprised to see that only the Dominion and the Klingon Empire have no project of colonization of the moons. |

The moon expansion structures are buggy for ALL of the races, so I didn't bother giving them to the Klingons or Dominion. I wouldn't recommend building them until the bug is fixed, which may or may not be in the next update, whenever that is. |
