You may first see them in a mod setting unless Mike has already considered them.

There are a few in the pre-release builds to help facilitate testing, though they may be removed for the final release. Either way, they won't work in multiplayer games. No cheating against your friends, sorry ;).

If you cannot cheat your friends there is no point to it.

Which ones? I only know F10 for seeing the entire map.

That's the only obvious one. There's several things you could do from the console if you know the APIs, though the console wasn't around when the last public build was released.

You can always mod the game files. Unleash the Warbirds of...war! :romulan:

If you think that's going to work, then you will be in for a nasty surprise :). Suffice it to say I've been giving a lot of thought to how I can mitigate that kind of cheating in multiplayer games, and while no system is infallible, I think I can come up with something sufficiently clever.

What about multiplayer games using separate data folder hidden in the same place as saved games which is always updated if different from our original files.

It'll probably be a bit more elaborate than that. I'd like to embed signed/encrypted versions of the game data which are tamper-proof and could be used for multiplayer games. Mods would have the option of doing something similar. If you join a multiplayer game where the host is using an unverifiable set of data files, you would get a warning that the host's game may have been modified. It will still be possible to play modified versions of the game online, but not without the other players knowing.

F12 should reveal the entire map for the duration of a turn.
