Why not keep the same image of the moon habitation project for all empires? |

There has always been a technology that I really liked in Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan. This is the Genesis device for the colonization of dead moons. |

The Genesis device was unstable and was ultimately abandoned by the Federation. In fact, if you read the descriptions of the Federation Colony ships, we've alluded to this.  The Habitation Project isn't currently available to all of the empires. Ensuring it is available to all of the empires is in my to-do list, but i'll make it an "available to all" structure to save on the amount of work needed. Since there will only be one structure, the same image will be used for all races.
