it could do with
1. some thing to let you move things up & down the bild que
2. when in system screen a way to cycle throu all your systems
3.you dont seam to be able to reduce the percent bars to 0 without mucking about ie in sabotarge screen

1. good idea. Isn't that easy though since there are some calculations on resource requirements that only the first 3 items in build queue are undergoing so possibly you would switch places with a bigger-cost item which should not be possible or at least a warning should appear on-screen to tell you that this item cannot be built at this turn but maybe 5 turns later respectively 5 entries later in the build queue.

2. try left and right cursors or side-mouse-buttons.

3. in intel screens you have to do 100% on Internal Security to remove percentages from already allocated areas. I know it's a bit clumsy but in the end it's possible to do and that's what counts isn't it ;).
