I just played a game with the new romulans (i keep forgetting the new names) and i offered a war pact with a tribute to the federation to let them attack the cards.
As i already expected, they didnt accept the offer, but i was suprised to see that i never got the 50k back that i offered them as a tribute.
I didnt see an other topic about it, so i guess its new.

you know, those new races also have new habits...

can you upload save game as attachment so we can see? First time I hear about such a thing too .
