Had a play with the sliders. Stars, minors and anomalies. Started a game, played a few turns. Then noticed that some max planet populations and present populations are merged/overlaid. .sav file attached.
Place mouse over Adamar 4 to see. Attachments:

well...there are some textes overlong - did you change the font? Maybe it depends on my small monitor...
especially on Adamar 4 I think it's because of "current" pop - what could be a short cut?
