I would like that as well MOE. It will take two or three months for me to get together with all the voice actors I have in mind. The variety of phrases will come in handy. Right now I guess we are still looking for the two to three work clips that can fit into the combat engine but I can cut down any long winded clips.

Just to let you know ive recorded a few phrases. Used dominion lines to do it as they were the first ones I thought of at the time. Ill post them up and if anyone has any comments or need them redone ill be happy to do it. I think I sound way too British though hehe

You should download the SFC2 voice samples I uploaded the other day. They include the voices for the Hydran Kingdoms - you wouldn't believe it to look at them, but you don't get accents more British than the ones those giant, green, three-legged things have.



A range of accents is definitely what we need for the game. We can easily use British accents in an officer or battleship type role, or for some of the minor races. Some accents are needed more than others though. But not mine. I'm Welsh. Few people understand me.

Well, I like your recordings MOE. Yes please on the British accent. It would be nice to do the Federation and Romulan that way as well.

I've also got SJ2290's random event images, and I can go through my Trek games to find all of the sound effects and voices again as examples and inspiration for everyone.
