Hi all,

Great game so far, can't wait till it's done. I do have to report some bugs though.

On a clean unzips, the games seems to work just fine. When I get updates, however, I start getting errors.

On the Sept. 08 build, I can't even load in. As soon as I open up the client, I get an error. No log is created.

On the Jan 09 build, I get a little farther. I'll get just about to the main menu, then get an exemption error. Though this time, I get an error log. Here it is.

Hey DoorKnob, welcome to the forums, although it's a shame your first post is due to a game problem. Several other people are having the same problem, so you're not alone. I've alerted Mike to the posts, so he'll be looking into the cause. Could you try attaching any game logs you have though? The logs are .txt files that are stored in your main Supremacy folder. Depending on what the cause of the crash, the files may or may not be present, so don't worry if you can't find a particular file from this list:

ClientLog.txt
Error.txt
Log.txt
Updater.txt

Please only attach them if they have text written in them, ie. they have a file size greater than 0kb. The file attachment box is located underneath the box where you type posts. Mike needs these files because they *may* contains clues as to the cause of your crashes.

Thanks for these files DoorKnob. Just so you know, Mike is working on a full release version of the game, so you won't need to worry about downloading updates; you'll be able to download the full current version of the game in one go. We'll post the link on the forums, so keep yur eyes peeled.
