First off, Hey, I suppose I'm new here. I had been loosely following this game for over a year now, tinkering with the first released playtest, and just enjoying myself.
Anyway, I recently bought a new computer, and decided to get Supremacy back. However, when I extracted it, and attempted to run the client, I got this error, was curious of anyone knows what it pertains to, and if there is a possible known solution. Description: Stopped working Problem signature: Problem Event Name: APPCRASH Application Name: SupremacyClient.exe Application Version: 0.1.0.0 Application Timestamp: 48bdd3e3 Fault Module Name: KERNEL32.dll Fault Module Version: 6.0.6001.18215 Fault Module Timestamp: 49953395 Exception Code: e0434f4d Exception Offset: 000442eb OS Version: 6.0.6001.2.1.0.768.3 Locale ID: 4105 Thanks a bunch in advance. ~Tykian |

Hey Tykian, welcome to the forums!
 You're unfortunately not the only person that has encountered a loading crash with the game. I can't decipher error reports so don't know if you're encountering the same problem, but we do have a possible fix for you to try. I've posted this in other threads and it has worked for people, so you might want to try it for yourself: Quote: Download This File straight into your main Supremacy folder, and it will ask you whether to overwrite the existing version of the file. Say yes. Next, click on Start => Run, and type "%temp%/UAB" (Without the quote marks) into the box that appears and press enter. A folder called UAB will then open. If there are any files or folders inside the UAB folder, delete them all, then load the game and cross your fingers. I figured it was indeed a problem with the updater (from what I can tell, that is the updater), sadly this did not fix my problem.
On a side note, the folder you asked me to empty, did not exist at all. ~Tykian |

Hmm...if the folde rdidn't exist then it sounds like your game hasn't yet performed an update. I'll PM Mike and see if he knows what the problem is.
