Zeleni & Matress, there is a error with the Cardassian Covert Obervatory. In fact, the picture & the structure are simply the Federation Argus Array. The Cardassians use this structure: the Cardassian Subspace Relay Station

yes it looks like argus but argus in the origin is cardassian design.
