Cleaned up the database a little (a lot actually).
These 3 files work together.

TextDatabase.xml
Removed all the duplicated and unused entries. Except for the Produciton Facilities that are not used anymore, they may be handy for minors or modding. Also kept all the versions of Purification Works, while the issue isn't solved; moved them to the top of the file.
Fixed a few typos too.

TechTrees.xml
Minors in alphabetical order, techtrees too.

TechObjectDatabase.xml
Fixed a lot of stuff. Shipyard stuff (Coridan, Card SY III), and some other things (Hydroponics Dome, ...). OpS is done, new sip costs provided by dafedz too.

Most of updates for editor 3 still need to be implemented.

A few issues:

The Card fleetyard I (Monac) should probably be made level 5, and Home system (same as Planitia). Being level 6 means that hen you get to level 5 you unlock the Medium Shipyard, and if you upgrade, you then can't go from SY II to the Monac.

Bunker Network was made to be Fed. I undid that. Doesn't make any sense. It upgrades to a Universal structure (Resistance Network, level 6!), which in turn upgrades to Klingon Bunker Stations (lvl1). It's messy if it is made a Fed structure.
Also, The Muster Station for the Romulans gives +40% Def, and the Network +30%? Hmm.
Too much trouble for little effect IMO, again.Leave it as universal (including minors) and give empires specific buffs; scrap the minor equivalent structure.

Card basic Replicator vs Card Replimat. Left it at the Basic Replicator, in all 3 files.
