The sound when I press the buttons and move between panels etc has dissapeared, I'm sure it was there 2 days ago. It may only be a beep but the silence bugs me, any ideas? Ta This can be deleted, it just fixed itself after about half a days use, don't ask as I don't have a clue. |

that big update wouldn't be for Supremacy, kenneth? well, if sound disappears in BotE, most likely the bote.ini file has been altered. There's a SOUND=ON and OFF line there although you have to manually edit it to make sounds disappear in-game. |

Like I said it's not biggy as it just fixed itself, if it happens again I'll take a look in that file or pay more attention as to a cause and see if I can tell you more. |

Out of curiosity where do you find that file as it's gone and done it again. All I did was start a new game and its quieter then a monks rave. |

bote.ini file is where bote.exe is located. If not, Windows has moved it into one of your documents and settings folders or a temp directory where ini files are stored. It's a bug. We'll fix it by using another file ending next time. |
