Bring back such greats like monkey island and simon the sorcerer with theyr'e cunning pointy clickies! turning puppies into shoes so you can sneak past a guard ie hush puppies! quality gaming, kinda reminds me of a funny time a friend spent £1.500 on a pc, i went round and found nothing but amiga games on it and arcade classics

Ya the classics are everything. I have an original Nintendo and and old 8088 (yes it still works but i keep it SAFELY packed away). Personally though my favorite games are strategy games (make you think the most) and I have never found someone who thought strategy games were better on consuls then PC's

I had a Classic Gameboy up until 3 months ago. (And I mean the original Classic one, that needed four batteries and had a green/yellow screen, and had all the aesthetics of a brick) I say had, coz the thing literally fell apart.
The screen somehow came off, so I thought I would stick it back on - with superglue. The glue ended up actually on the dot matrix, and shorted out several of the lines of dots. I ended up with only half the screen working, and no way to fix it. (Coz the glue was soo strong!)
Then I spilt a drink on it. The gameboy was OK, but the speaker on it wasn't. Music only played as a crackling noise afterwards!
Thank God for the Super Gameboy (SNES) and the the Gameboy Player (GC) there was no way I was gonna revert to the Gameboy, but I wasn't going to throw my games away either!

I got the fish egg one as well! How long did it take you to complete it by the way, michae1ang1o? I got it when it first came out, (Not the DX version) and it took me three months to complete (I got stuck on level 7 - I didn't realise you were supposed to knock the pillars down with the ball thingie!) I woulda completed it in two weeks otherwise!
Right, fav games.
SNES - I liked Illusion of Time, but StarWing comes close as well.
Gameboy - Gotta be Link's awakening. (Or Tetris for the music!)
Gameboy Advance - gotta be the Golden Sun Games, then Zelda Minish Cap.
N64 - Zelda Ocarina of Time (If only it had had Majora's Mask graphics, it would have been my all time fav game) and Lylat Wars.
Game Cube - that's where I get stuck. So many choices. I've gone a bit mad buying games lately. I like all the Star Wars games, especially the multiplayer side. I liked Zelda Windwaker (But not the cartoon graphics) StarFox Adventures, Goldeneye: Rogue Agent, Mario Sunshine, Sonic Advenure DX, Sonic Adventure 2 Battle, and Sonic Heroes.
PC - All the Civ games, BOTF, (Of course) Starfleet Command (For the graphics) and the Sims (Plus every expansion pack) Can't play the Sims 2 though, coz my computer would crash and burn. Not a pretty sight - i'd throw a tantrum coz of the files I would lose and my mum would have to get out colour charts so she could repaint the room a lovely shade of lilac <Shudders>
Other Platforms - couldn't care less for. I'm a die hard Nintendo fan, always have been. If pressed though, I quite liked Crash Bandicoot on (Spit) the Playstation.

On Link's awakening, you're on about the last level.
I consider myself an expert at that game, but I lost it about two years ago (Somewhere in Cornwall) so I can't check the name.
Zell, by 'fighting like a cow', are you on about the game 'fighter's destiny' on the N64? You could play as a cow in that. My fav character was Boro, by the way, (Coz of her Rainbow Somersault counter move) if this is the game you are on about.

Nope fighting like a cow I was referring to the classic hillarious battle sequenzes in Monkey Island 1 where you had to answer the Insults of your opponent to win.
iE
You are fighting like a petty farmer
Oh how appropriate you are fighting like a cow
(This was probably the most basic and simple insult)

Both are excellent consoles, but i've heard that the DS has more battery life and some explorers took both to the summit of Everest and the DS lasted for much longer than the PSP (more durable). I'd wait for the prices to come down though and try both before you buy.

Voted for NONE. There is nothing better than a 3d-graphics capable Dell-notebook, because it has all the advantages of mobility and the sheer power of cinematic graphics. (Ever played Half-Life 2 or Elite Force 2 in 1920x1200 Pixels? It's amazing!!!)
