To be honest im disapointed as bridge commander with high poly mods in looks better etc.

1. The ships movement seems jumpy and they all get way to close to each other.

2. Weapons like photons look way oversized.

3. Crap warp bloom on the nacelles and way too much bloom on the shields when you see the fed ship entering klingon space and getting pounded.

I really hope they fix these things. As it could be great game if they fix it up.

Eh, this might be because I'm not much of a graphic artist, but the game looks pretty badass to me. No complaints really.

I did notice the shielding you mentioned, but I would expect it to light up when being attacked from all sides like that. At this point though, my one and only wish is to FINALLY have a Trek game that is bug free, or atleast darn close to it. Here's hoping that the new game company to do a Trek game finally pulls it off.

Not too shabby, though if they reduced the opacity of the shields, the bloom effect wouldn't mask the entire ship when it's under heavy fire.

I doubt they will make changes like that at this late stage, but it doesn't mean that they won't release patches or someone will make a mod to make those changes.

And as you aid Skeeter, Bridge Commander had high-poly ships, so there will probably some in the game one day.

Still, the second video was cool, but I saw the ones on Gamespot quite a long time ago. I have a Matress_of_evil account on Gamespot.

Skeeter, Got to say the new vid was much better then the older one I watched for sure. Hard to see what they were firing at quite a few times. Being blinded like that could cost you your ship! Not a good thing. but I'm sure it is batter when a person is actually playing the game. Although I will guess that BOTF II will be 100% better! ( Bias here! lol )
