Ill upload it right away.
Ill include simple instructions on how to make it work, but its pretty simple. I can give you a program to make it tons easier, but only if you want it. The manual way is really simple if your only going to have one. If your like me, and testing them for hours on end, a proggy is really handy. Here is the manual way:
(unzip the ZIP)
1. In Explorer, browse to C:\Windows\System32 and find the file named "logonui.exe".
2. Rename "logonui.exe" to "logonui.exe.bak". This way if anything messes up...you have a backup.
3. Place your new login in C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 and rename it to logonui.exe.
4. That's it! Now when you log off your new login screen will be there.

oh yeah, and its 'safe', since if hte logon file is invaid, windows will revert to the simple NT logon screen (it happened to me many times

)
