It was off to Vegas for the wedding anniversary celebration this year. We had a nice time at Spamalot showing at the Wynn and The Blue Man Group at the Venetian. I got sick just walking through the smoke filled casino a few times. We did not make it to the Star Trek Experience this trip. Coming from Arizona you drive over the Hover Damn. That was the exterior shot setting for the facility holding Megatron in the film Transformers. The bridge they are putting in to take traffic off the damn will be very impressive when done. They only have the footings in on each side but the span will we long and very high over the canyon just below the damn. The new bridge is so that your terrorists can not drive a truck boom onto the damn.

We did see Elvis and his is looking good.
