He needs to login to see the download button under Game Downloads. jig, would be best if you add a bold line there explaining the need to register and login before one can download the game.

you don`t have to reg or login to get to downloads anymore. i reset that a week or so ago.

not exactly. Only after logging in you see the downloads button. Before, you see only the details button like in the screenshot below I just took as a guest viewer of the site:



I don't think it's such a bad interim-solution as long as the new bote version isn't out yet. Just as I said, only a info line telling people they need to register/login to see the download button is missing.
