Thanks so much. You really put a lot of work into this. I have to get home to download it and view it. It is sure to be great from what you were doing before. Next it will go for printing.

When I unzipped the file this is the image I got. It may be just one of your layers. I wonder if you changed the image file type would that help?

Well, what program are you using? It's in CMYK mode since that printing service requires it that way, if you are not using Photoshop there might be a problem because of it, also the color depth is 8bit/channel, so that could be a problem if you are not using Photoshop, and the resolution itself could also be a problem. I haven't tried to open it in any other program so I can't be sure. I'm using Photoshop CS3, so the filetype can also be a problem if you have wrong version of the .psd plugin in your program. I don't remember if I used Compatibility mode to avoid this when saving, I think I have but I can't be sure. My suggestion is that you try to open it in another program or try to download newest plug-ins.
edit: try to open it with Ifranview to see if it's your programs fault.

OK, I will check with other programs when I get home tonight.

I do not have a program that will open that .psd file. GIMP is the photoshop-like app I use but it just gives me what you see above.
I can not say that it is my lack of photoshop or if there is an issue with the file as I got it.
Here are the file types they say are OK. "Accepted File Format: .AI, .EPS, PDF High resolution of .PSD, .JEPG, .TIFF, .PNG, .BMP, PUB. (Resolution: 100% image with 72 dpi, 50% image with 150 dpi, 25% image with 300 dpi, or 10% image with 1200 dpi)"
Might we try saving in .png or JEPG or...
Also: I voted for Matress and Supremacy. This is why we need to go to Vegas. If we get the word out we can get more help.

The big image opens fine in Irfanview Kenneth, so it must be whatever program you're using.

OK I will pass it on the company for printing but request a preview just to be safe.

The banner really looks great. I took this photo using a flash to overcome the bright sky background as it hung on my deck. It does not otherwise show the wrinkles like that with the flashback. It really does look great in diffuse light. I can counter roll it when we get to Vegas and leave it pressed flat the night before. Thanks again vjeko. This really helps make us look more professional. PS: The background is the rim of an old volcanic caldera where Prescott Arizona is located. Do not worry. The active volcanic plums are, a few million years later, now in Northern Mexico where they belong.

The banner is very nice. I like it. In fact, it's better than most commercial banners I see. Now I HAVE to worm my way to the convention, just to see that.....

We could use a smaller version of the banner as our signature picture on all the forums we are registered. You know the picture that is under all your posts and we can add a link to our site or forums.

That would be because you've got the img tags wrapped in url tags. You've probably copied the wrong tag info. Just delete the sections that refer to the url tags, ie: Code: [img]http://www.botf2.com/Shared%20Documents/Banner/Supremacy_banner_smaller.jpg[/img]

Try clicking on my signature, it will lead you to the forum index. That was my idea.

Oh, that's a good idea. I can replicate it on other forums i'm signed up to.
I've done the same for my BOTF2 Folding@home logo in my signature too now. If you click it, it takes you to our team contributions page.
Don't forget, you can also wrap center tags around your signatures to centre them within your post. I think it makes my signature look better so i've had those in for a while now.

Ooooh, I must now go and set the banner as my picture as well. I will copy everyone perfectly......
