Actually, I don't mod the game at all. I just want the normal version of the game to work :p I have an American version of the game that I bought whenever it was that I bought it :p

Know exactly which files I need to get this set up? I'm all for experimentation... but I kinda want to play the game, not install it x amount of times :p

It seems as if there are 2 patches to bring BoTF up to 1.02 on the site. One is "official" but is it the one I should be using or should I use the other one that "fixes all XP bugs?"

I usually use the official 1.02 patch and the separate XP fix. For some reason, I couldn't get the XP patch to work correctly with my original copy of BOTF, but it worked fine with the ISO on Armada Fleet Command. *shrug*

i have xp, the iso on afc botf site is mine, if it works ok for me it should work for everyone
