Greetings all!

I remember hearing about this project (probably on STGU) a while ago and finally stopped by. I think I see one or two familiar names -Waves to jigalypuff.

Sorry to hear you had some setbacks, but glad to see your taking it in stride and making progress. Always loved the core of what BOTF was and very excited to see that legacy live on with BOTF2.

Anyway I got a hella lot of reading to do here to get caught up with current events!

[EDIT!!!] Frak, this was supposed to be a new post in an existing thread, not a new topic! Someone throw me some forum training wheels :lol:

Hi, Star-Dragon, and welcome to the forums :). There's two projects underway here (Supremacy and New Beginnings), and I believe there are sticky posts in both with links to the BOTF2 Database. That would be a great place to start reading up on the project.

Anyway, Star Trek: Supremacy is my BOTF2 project, and you're welcome to drop in my forums if you have any thoughts or suggestions.

Hey there, Star-Dragon, and welcome to the site! :)

As MStrobel said, you can read the Database to find out info on the games. Since they're being developed with the aid of the BOTF2 team, both games will have much of the same models, text, etc. (To minimise the amount of work that needs to be done) but they will otherwise be completely different.

Demos of MStrobels game are available in his forums, and there are demos available in the downloads section of the site as well of Jig's game.

More demos are unlikely to come out for a while though, as there is still a lot of work that needs to be done. MStrobel has released them as necessary though. It's thanks to our feedback about the existing demos that he's managed to speed up the game, and make various other improvements, so i'm sure that he will make more in the future.

Anyways, have a read of the Database, and if there's anything else you'd like to know, post a question or send me a PM. I'm sure the guys will tell you that i'm good at answering questions about the game...although I tend to go into a bit too much detail... :oops: :lol:
