I just saw some trivia that I wanted to have some fun with! I am not a betting man but I would think about it with this tid-bit of info. heres the Question:
In Canon Trek, What ship was the first of the Romulan Fleet to have a cloak (ACtually it was 3) Can you name the ship and the show?
I'll give the answer on Wednesday 22 Nov 2006.
hawk...

Balance of terror. Romulan bird of prey. Trek TOS.
Dont count enterprise series. :p

When you said "3" i thought u might have meant the episode in tos where kirk dresses up as romulan and trys to steal a cloakin device from one of the three romulan battlecruisers (klingon d7 designs). But i dont think that was before balance of terror.

But as Winterhawk said, "in Canon trek", so the drone from Enterprise does count. Great series btw, but let's not bring that up again

I cant remember the "drone" from enterprise to have cloak ability. I thought it was just a holographic trickery ship to fool others into thinking it was a diff races ship.

Doesn't that make it even more advanced, then? :p
But, you are right: there is no record of it having cloak on startrek.com

It may be advanced but the question posed by winter was which is the first cloakable romulan ship in all of cannon trek.

WEll this is a Day early, But what the heck.. I may have the answer wrong for what you all say. I saw a trek Marathon. starting with TOS up to end of DS9, (cause I do not like the rest.)
The Show was called "The Enterpirse incident" In it Kirk acted as if he was *Mad* and flew the Enterprise into the Romulan Neutral Zone only to be met by (Drumroll Please) 3 Exact copies of the Klingon Warship ( just like the one Skeeter has on his banner)... A Romulan woman was in command and tried to seduce Spock to no avail. Kirk was transformed into a Romulan to steal the Cloaking device ( which by the way was used as about 5 different things in other shows).
so having spent close to a week watching nothing but trek (late night) I thought for sure I would have had you guys! I forgot you all would look it up via internet! lol...
But good job.. Now I have to see if I had it right or not.
Thanks for playing!

As i thought you got mixed up with episodes. That episode you explained came after, or at least timeline wise, balance of power episode.
Ok new trek question.
How many times did the character tuvok appear throughout trek.

I'm thinking..
(without looking on the internet) Something like 5 times in TNG, 4 times in DS9, Movie the Wrath of Kahn, All of voyager, so counting Voyager I'm going to say 10 times...

Are we counting Mirror Tuvok? And also Demon Tuvok and Tulak...and Tuvix??? Set some paramaters here!!! If we are, then it`s 173. Or 174 if you`re counting the character Tim Russ played in Generations that looked and behaved identically to Tuvok, but was never mentioned as him by name...

Then it's 169, or 170 if you count Generations.

Then it's fairly simple:
DS9: Through The Looking Glass, Mirror Tuvok
Star Trek VII: Generations, Unnamed Lieutenant that pretty much has to be Tuvok
I count 2
