I was playing tremulous with some of the alpha guys, and of course I was winning, but thats besides the point.

Does anyone else play tremulous? Its an opensource FPS/RTS Hybrid.

Ok i got this game tho soon as we were gona play nem you went awol lol.

Erm come on ppl get this its about 95 meg so take you about 10 mins to get on broadband like it did for me.

Hmm played 5 mins and its cheesy lol, i have a more than enough power in my system and playing at 1600x res is smooth but not fast gameplay, maybe its the old quake 3 engine problem or somit, as its openGL.

The aliens /bugs lol is funny as hell and are hard to kill cos ur too slow and there too quick at least the tiny spider aliens/bugs. Not the best game in the world but not bad for being free i supose lol. Level i was on looked good and well designed i supose.

Really wish the non humans were bigger scaryier and actually had claws or somit to attack with instead of the pathetic ramming they do to attack.

pretty much, anything pwns them.

When ur in a server and playing you can press esc and go to the menu at the top that appears and can change resolution and some other settings.

Initially i was limited to 640x res i think lol but evetually after trying good old esc key i found the settings section and boosted res to 1600x 4x aa and 16x af. 90 fps

to find a server, you have to go to "internet"

then click "get new list"

and change your network settings ingame too, or else it'll lag.

I'm familiar with the lobby Nemitor, I just don't get any hits when I refresh the list. I'll take a look at the settings now that I know how to find them. I'm also behind a couple firewalls so I'm sure the issue's on my end.
