On a related note, I have absolutely no idea how to load the TGAs from BotF while keeping the Alpha channel intact. It doesn't seem to use a standard alpha format for the game images (i.e. buildings pictures). If anyone has info on this, please let me know.

Pink? The files from the Civilization games used Pink for the alphas as well. Is that of any help?
