Old school...
My friends around here went to some state Halo championship and came in 2nd and 3d; they still love it. I liked it on the PC, but I've got no skill on a controller.
WADS man, I am.
Freelancer was interesting -- if they hadn't hyped it, it wouldn't of come up short on expectations, but the mod community (like many games) has really made it up.
Age of Empires was alright, and Flight Simulator can actually be used, with proper equipment, as an FAA-certified flight training device; I've helped people save some serious money on flight training with it.
I was going to close this off with mentioning my favorite game production house, but all the old school ones like Origin are gone, the guys that made the original StarCraft at Blizzard have looong since moved on.. Chris Taylor I suppose, but SupCom, while fun, well.. when you made the Model T on your first release, it's hard to one-up yourself.
Hmm.. Malfador Machinations ftw, I suppose.
Edit: It's somewhat amusing trying to see politicians use YouTube; almost wish they wouldn't try..
