Europe's Largest Trek Convention Begins Friday


Kate Mulgrew, Jonathan Frakes and Avery Brooks are the headliners at Europe's largest annual Star Trek event taking place this weekend in Germany. The 16th annual Federation Con, "FedCon XVI," is being held Friday through Sunday in Bonn at the Maritim Hotel.
Other special guests making the transatlantic trek include Armin Shimerman, Garrett Wang, Cirroc Lofton, Robert O'Reilly, J.G. Hertzler and Suzie Plakson. They will be joined by other sci-fi stars such as James Callis from Battlestar Galactica, Jewel Staite from Firefly and Paul McGillion from Stargate: Atlantis.

Years ago i went to a trek convention once. It was ok. There was this weird klingon who i talked to. You could buy this kewl beer and stuff. They recreated part of the enterprise-d. So yea it was nice to be there.
