Just read about this Total Conversion which seems to become abandoned unless someone picks it up as they say so in this recent post: http://startrekguide.com/community/view ... =33&t=9326 and (cloned post) here: http://www.ambrosiasw.com/forums/index. ... pic=123430 (I recommend following this thread, there's more info and replies in it)

There are many ships that were completed, and over 90% of the storyline as well as the map was completed. Many graphics such as planets, landings, weapons, sprites were completed, but the ships were no more than 5-10% complete. (I have gigabytes of data)
I’ve posted our resources here: http://startrekguide.com/community/viewtopic.php?t=9346 -- due to the shear quantity and size of the data and the bandwidth it would cost me if the files were open to the general public, only registered users may view that forum and download files from it.
Thanks for understanding. Please keep me updated on any progress made with STN:TFF, I would really love to see any Star Trek work you create for EV-Nova.
Our planet graphics are awesome, if I may say so.

He's right with the last point ;):

Since good planet textures for the races' homesystems is something Mike always appreciates (as he has told me in the super-old thread here about the Sol system textures from planetpixelemporium.com ), maybe someone wants to sign up there and try to grab these resources. If they are useful one could ask them for permission.

Thanks, that does look like a lot of good material. There are a lot of good quality ship images but I have not found any 3D models.

I'm signing up now. We might be able to collaborate or something. I've actually managed to acquire textures for several planets, including Andoria, Ferenginar, Mars, and T'Khul, but i'll definitely look and see if they have anything better than what we have.

How do you feel about sharing the ship models Kenneth? That's the thing they seem to be crying out for. We might be able to trade or something.

I haven't looked much further into the ships. I think these are all inside the downloadable package which I had no access to since I wasn't registering ;).

Btw. there are two nice wormhole pics there done by a guy named Nathan Koga that could replace the botf ones:

I found pictures of ships in 2D but so far no 3D models.
