Anyone seen it yet? I saw it today. Omg. Wow. Cool.
It's an orgy of special effects and puts even James Bond or World War 2 films to shame with the sheer size and amount of explosions. The storyline is pretty cool as well. And it's not really an all-out invasion as you might expect from the trailers. The ordering of events compared to what you expect from the trailers is completely different as well. It's well-paced rather than everything happening at the start. And be prepared to laugh: its funny as hell throughout. They've really turned up the humour, and not in a slapstick way either. Some of it is quite adult in nature, but it's still a film that kids will love as much as adults. The size of the transformers is more like the cartoons as well - there are loads of tiny little ones as well as giant city-reducing ones too. There's also a possibility of a third film, although if there is, the bad guys won't be nearly as evil or creepy as the bad guy in this film...
One word of warning though: don't watch it if you're an archaeologist.
Matress loved it. 10/10.
