I really hope though they will come up with some original idea (this seems to be a bit hard to do in ST lately) and they won't try to patch up the loose ends from the previous film... or even worse resurrect dead captains *cough* Kirk/Shatner *cough*

PS What has happened to the smileys? At least on my computer, they look weird (white frame around them)

You obviously haven't been reading my signature lately. I always update it if there's any news.

Jig performed a security update a few days ago, but it reset all the emoticons to the defaults on the server. Don't worry though, i've kept backups of every emoticon we've ever used since we split from AFC. I've already sent them to Jig to upload to the server.

Jig also said that he's thinking about moving the forums to some other security systems because all the spam we've been getting lately is just messing things up. The constant security updates are obviously causing us problems as well. We'll post some news if anything happens or if the forums need any downtime or anything to ready them for any potential switchovers. There won't be any url changes though so don't worry, you won't lose us.

I heard a rumour that they were thinking of doing a Wrath of Khan remake with the new alternate universe characters. That would prove interesting...

I know it was the sixties, but I hated how dumb and slow they made the Gorn in that ep. I loved how fast, agile, and lethal the Gorn were in Enterprise.
