The forums might be missing that feature, but the site itself already has a chat section. Unfortunately it's rarely used though. Just visit the log into your account, then click the Chat button. *Edit - I just logged into the chat. The last comment was dated two weeks ago.

Ooh can't wait to see it. It would be nice if we could have a chat system on the forums itself, kinda like the one Hailing Frequencies has...or had. I haven't been on their site in a good few months. I'm still annoyed at that K'Sui'Nindra woman for announcing that Nemitor's Allegiance project was dead without actually checking to see whether her report was actually correct. She never even apologised nor did she respond to my complaint. ![]() Back to topic though, Matress likes chatting. I guess that explains the length of his posts...

Well it`s still a wip with just a small terrain and a few old meshs for testing at the moment but if you go to the portal as you are an admin you should see a new button called trek online, take a squiz and let me know what you think

I clicked the link. There was a box that tells me to install the Unity Web Player. I'm downloading it now. If this is something everyone's going to need to do to be able to chat though it's not exactly ideal. |

The forums used to have a shoutbox system where people could flash up a message that everyone that uses the forums would see if they refreshed or moved to a different page on the forums within 10 minutes of the message being posted. To my knowledge it was only ever used once, and that was by me for testing purposes. We lost it when we split from AFC though... I personally think the ideal system would be a chat system that is on the forums though. |

Err...Unity isn't exactly what I expected for a chat system, Jig. Text is usually in the 2D format. Come to think of it, I can't see any text... ![]() [/end cryptic hint to confuse Zeleni] |
