Oh wow I remember this newsletter. Why didn't we get round to posting it? Winterhawk really wanted to get this sorted. It's a shame he's not around anymore to see it... |

Wow. This is... awesome. Just plain awesome, I remember working on this AGES ago. Matress_of_evil wrote: Winterhawk really wanted to get this sorted. It's a shame he's not around anymore to see it... Yeah... too many of the members from the 'old days' have left... |

There's bound to be a lot more. Thankfully some of them randomly come back like SOM and SMIFFGIG, but still... Ooh I could raid their email addresses from the admin panel and see if their emails are still active. It's unlikely, but possible... |

Oh yay another drone for the collective! Ahem, I mean, welcome to the forums. I've seen you lurking every once in a while. I knew the inevitable would happen. It always does. And here you are, posting . Have a talent? I'm sure you do. Don't be shy to speak. We won't bite. Promise. We may attempt to assimilate you every once in a while, but you can just be like Vjeko, resisting assimilation. Anywho, welcome, and thanks for posting!..... Captain Andrew, I mean 8 of 9, Tertiary Adjunct of Unimatrix 001. |

Actually, what happened was Colione registered with a new account (Mikecolione). He then contacted me, I reset the password to his Colione account, changed the post author of his above post from Mikecolione to Colione, then deleted his Mikecolione account. I then had to update two more of his posts which were made under another account, Colione112, and then I deleted the Colione112 account. He forgot the login details of that account too which is why all the bother. Anyways, Colione is one of the oldies of the forums - he actually signed up to the forums a month before I did. He's just been too busy to visit much recently and didn't have an account to post with. |

It would be awesome! I've been lurking around for quite a while checking up on progress day by day and I can't wait till multiplayer becomes available for everyone! According to Google Maps, I'm living across the street from GA Tech. Sooooo..... |

Resist today, resist tomorrow, resist until every single male Borg drone is destroyed and female drones turn into beautiful ex-drones you can help "discover humanity". And welcome back to posting. |

Don't worry Vjeko. As with every species, we will adapt, and you will be assimilated. Eventually. It just takes time and effort. Oh, and beautiful converted drones to do the assimilating for us >:). Oh how I would love to live in Atlanta, to watch our master at work. I wonder where that ranks on the creepy scale?? Hmmmm..... anyways, back to work. |

Hey Seabee, I'm about 20-30 minutes north of downtown these days. I'm sure we can arrange something . |

Sweet! At the moment I'm in Minneapolis undergoing training for my new job for the next two weeks, but will be back in Atlanta after that. I'm staying in West Midtown, just northwest (more west than north) of GA Tech. Perhaps after everything settles down we can schedule a meet! |

I'm not going to restrict myself to a scheduled posting though. I'm going to get at least 5 or 6 episodes done before I start posting them so I can stay ahead. It's going to be a mix of my old series, with a little twist to keep it interesting. I have beta readers signed up and I'm about halfway through the premier episode now. |

New series? Did you manage to re-establish communications with Scatter then? Or is this something unrelated? I wish we had more Illustrious... |

Post subject: | Re: Newsletter - Old gem that never made it out. |
Totally unrelated, but i'm going to be using at least some of the ideas. No, I haven't talked to scatter... Check out my bio on STO... it might give you an idea of what the basis of the story is |
