I have playing BOTF2 for a few days now and have encountered some problems. First I am unable to construct outposts, I have tried what others suggested in the forum but it is now working. What am I doing wrong? Next, I have not/ am not receiving any officers, etc on the intel (affairs info) window; or intelligence points. What do I need to do to construct outposts, receive bonuses, officers, etc?

Welcome ashman. We are glad to see you here on the forums and I am sorry you are having so much trouble. The game is still in the pre alpha stage of development. The functions you are trying to use are not operational yet. As new updates are available these issues will be resolved and refined. We use these forums to coordinate game development and are always looking for new members to help build the game.

Everything that Kenneth said is correct; your issues affect everyone else too. They're simply features that are buggy or incomplete. The intel screen as it currently stands is just a placeholder. Mike is going to completely replace the intel screen...although we haven't announced yet what we're going to replace it with. It's all a big secret at the moment but we think you'll like the change once we release it
