I know that being Star Trek fans often don't like sport, but I'm not one of them, so I'm announcing a "Clash of the Titans"(well not really), in four days there will be a friendly match between Croatia and Wales in football (soccer for all you Americans) Croatia is currently ranked 9th in the world, Wales is rated 75th. So what do you say? Mine and Zeleni's people against our evil overlord's people. Who will win? VOTE. |

Still doesn't work for me either. I'm using Chrome, might that make a difference? *Edit - the forum time is totally wrong as well. The time is 22.26, but it says I posted this at 21.44. The hour difference could be explained by daylight saving, but the minutes can't.

I believe the correct term is "drew". Anyways, enough of this sport. Icky, horrible stuff. We're all supposed to be nerdy couch potatoes that hide from sunlight and fear anything that involves physical effort.

I fear physical effort. It makes me tired. Sports? What's a sport? Honestly, its been so long since I actually played a sport or watched a sport or participated in sporting events. Hmmmm... thinking now, I AM simply a nerd that everyone relies on for uninteresting tidbits of random knowledge. Oh well, I suppose the truth was going to surface eventually... anywho, its back to work for me... yes, physical effort. Ugh.

I couldn't imagine life without sports both watching and playing them. The perfect moment for me was watching the FIFA World Cup 2010 with a bunch of my friends on a trip to Czech Republic with bunch of beers in our Hotel room. Or when my team won against a team Americans this year. (They have annual visits to our highschool and teach computer science, but primary it's so that we learn how to interact with people from a english speaking country. We also have friendly sports matches against them.) Also, eventhough you drew against Georgia, I know that the match against you will be difficult and I'm certain that both our Countries will qualify to the finals because they are by far the best ones in the group. |
