:D Im so happy you are making this game and its free! Im telling all my buddies that played BOTF and loved it but thought it had flaws and needed to be fixed! It looks as you are going in the right direction with this game and I thank all of you who are working on it! I will in future donate some money to this great project once I get to try it! I sure hope I can Beta test it! Pleaaaaaaaaase? Pretty pathetic for a 35 year old eh?

Thanks

Your not the only Canadian spreading the word.

All we need now is an .exe to spread too. :)

Well if you wanted to give the guys money, they might be setting a donations page up (According to the interview) but that won't be for a while.

Spread the word as far as you can, but just be careful around anyone from Paramount etc. - like the interview says, the game hasn't exactly got the blessing of the big companies. :? :(

Anyway, if you're new to the site, happy posting. Get your friends to post any ideas they might have as well. The forums are here to give Gavin and the others ideas of what we would like from the game afterall.

Oh, and just so you know, it isn't that freaky about how old you are! Let's just say that I know of other people on this site of a similar age...(It's not me by the way, i'm eighteen)

Thanks all for the warm welcome! :D Yah, about Paramount I wonder if they could do anything about you making and handing out a free game? There would be an easy way around it! Call it a MOD and let the game search for the original .EXE of BOTF once it sees it let it load the new written game. That way it is consodered a MOD..heh heh! Screw Paramount! They don't seem to care about their fans anymore and if want to try to screw with Freeware they can waste their money. This is only helping the FAN base, but like any BIG company they are blind to it! :?

Well that's the big worry. Are Paramount ignoring BOTF2, or have they simply not noticed? Only time will tell - so let's hope it's the first one! (We need more emoticons on the site! Hear that iwulff?)

Perhaps you should mention this to Gavin (Gturfey on the site - a.k.a. the God of programming and all things electronic) He's the lead programmer and the main reason that BOTF2 actually exists.

Of course, one who is the 'God of programming and all things electronic' would already have thought of this...

That's just it - they don't have brains!

And what do you mean they should buy it and sell it off?! We'll have to pay then... :( (Not that I wouldn't...)
