ooooh a birthday. This absolutely means we need a party. It also means we need a party emote. Has anyone ever noticed that we don't have one? We should make one. Someday. But, for now, happy birthday Vjeko!

Soory for being late. Happy birthday my friend! It's the first time I read this topic and I'm impressed to see how life is rolling in here! So much warmth, at this time of year it's healing me up. Again Happy birthday! Happytrek

We had snow yesterday, but it's mostly melted here now. There are blizzards forecast for tomorrow and Thursday though. This is the earliest snowfall in the UK for 17 years. We've had near-record low temperatures as well, with -20 predicted in some places. The lowest temperature ever recorded in the UK was -23.3, and that was recorded in 1911. A place near me recorded -18 a few days ago, and the cold weather is forecast to last at least another week.
What's it like elsewhere in the world for you guys?

It's not that cold here, but I remember a temperature of -21.6 only about 5-6 years ago in my town. Last year the lowest was about -19. But that's normal here. I like the cold. During the summer I'm like a fish out of water, but now, I'm enjoying the weather. Right now as I'm writing this I'm wearing short sleeved t-shirt so...

The temperature now reads -4C, which is a most welcome improvement from yesterday. I really can't wait for the summer (just 6~7 months away), in order to "escape" to some Greek island

I am Greek but I live and work in Copenhagen for the past 2.5 years. I only go back once or twice per year, therefore the term "escape" to a Greek island is valid
