Hello everyone, I just wanted everyone to know that I am a big fan of the Birth of the Federation game and I have been playing a game that is very similar to it lately. It is a Star Trek game and is a turn based strategy game. There is a lot that it has in common with BOTF. You can check it out here at:

it's a Galciv II mod, well, I've heard a lot about Galciv's icing AI and that it sets high standards in the 4X gaming world. I believe though good old botf with its multiplayer capabilities is still better than it, just simply because it offers multiplayer games which galciv doesn't.

Well I can say from personal experience that the AI in GalCiv II is pretty sweet. This mod looks interesting, I might give it a try. Maybe. If I find the time after all there's school to prepare for and so much more. But still, looks interesting...
