I agree. It was brave of them to create it but we do not have a canon basis for the work.

I suppose it sounds Romulan. My reaction is that it goes on and on in a somewhat tedius repeat of the same few bars of the same music. |

Reading what there is about it you see much of it is Latin. I guess that is where the chanting comes from. It appears to have been a free standing project though there are some other anthems for ST empires on Youtube.
