The Warp Speed Coaster seems awesome, but I think the best attraction would be the Starfleet Commissary restaurant. I would really love to try some Trek foods (gagh, targ steaks, jambalaya a la Sisko, Romulan ale etc)
 In any case, Memory Alpha has a list of many foods sorted by culture, so it's not that it's impossible to recreate them, see: http://en.memory-alpha.org/wiki/Foods_and_beverages I'll give it a shot when it opens (in 2015), if I'm still here... _________________ "Never give up.
