Here is an update on Paramount's park in Spain. It includes Star Trek attractions.

The Warp Speed Coaster seems awesome, but I think the best attraction would be the Starfleet Commissary restaurant. I would really love to try some Trek foods (gagh, targ steaks, jambalaya a la Sisko, Romulan ale etc) :cool:

In any case, Memory Alpha has a list of many foods sorted by culture, so it's not that it's impossible to recreate them, see:
