I'm really courious to see some of the ships, starbases, ect.

Well there is the screenies threads and any of the threads made by Fireball - they all have screenshots or ships that have just be completed. There aren't any other peeks yet though. (As far as I know)

I like the way things are going - The game isn't going to be released with annoying bugs in it because the designers have pride in their work and don't want people to have problems with the game. |

All I know about any of the previous attempts was that one of them was french or something...at least no-one is sure who owns the rights to the game now, so chances are the big companies won't be able to cause problems like that this time!

There is that LITTLE thing called copywright infringement, even if it is no longer being made. someone still has rights somewhere. Perhaps a legal search should be done. |

Well, as far as I understand, it's just that you can hear each other's voice when chatting. Of course there is no need to "chat" if you can do your conversation oraly in realtime. (Though I vote for a klingon instant-translator ))
This actually has nothing to do with voice recognition as far as this is *much* more complicated and really is something for botf 5

Isn't Bridge Commander supposed to have voice recognition though? Ah well, never mind. I wasn't really expecting BOTF2 to have voice recognition, I just took your post wrong, Gavin.
Don't worry though, you can keep it in mind when you get to BOTF5, Gavin.
