I like this holodeck more: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VrgWH1KUDt4 or check Mr.Beam's room: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mCb8f7gz0Ys there are lots of this, it's no new technology, they just do the usual 2D beamer projection but take the room's shape and objects into account to apply 3D scenery. Have not seen it in real yet, and view position surely is critical on this, but in a light room that gives some real cool immersive view.
