Hmmm...my own ultimate race would be...a Romulan crossed with a...Romulan.

And as I recall, the situation has been dealt with accordingly... 
Once the Romulans reunited with their distant cousins, a true race to dominate the galaxy will be born. Romulans and Vulcans working together to obtain total dominance... Perhaps mix some Mintakans along with it. The Galaxy is our birthright. All our descendances must be united to obtain victory!
